3. Sale for Souvenir Purposes Only

3.1 Our products, particularly hemp and cannabis seeds, are sold as souvenirs only. They are not intended for germination or cultivation purposes. Guides or How-To’s for cultivation on this website are informational accompaniments and a value-add to the souvenirs and should not be construed as a suggestion, nudge, or any kind of instruction to use our products in any other way than stated in this paragraph. SEED BABY will not be held responsible for any other use of products purchased on this website by Customer. 8. Shipping and Delivery

8.1 Currently, we only ship our products to addresses within the United States. Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. We are not responsible for any delays or errors caused by the shipping carrier.

8.2 The Seller will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Seeds to the address specified by the Customer within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, delivery times are indicative only and the Seller shall not be liable for any delays.

8.3 The risk of loss or damage to the Seeds passes to the Customer upon delivery.

9. Returns and Refunds

9.1 Due to the nature of the Seeds, all sales are final. Returns or refunds will only be provided if the Seeds are damaged or defective upon receipt.

9.2 In the event of a return or refund, the Customer must notify the Seller within 7 days of delivery of the Seeds and provide evidence of the damage or defect.
