1. Shipping Locations:
We only ship within the United States. Due to federal regulations and varying laws, we cannot currently ship marijuana seeds internationally or to outlying U.S. territories.
2. Age Requirement:
Customers must be 21 years of age of older to purchase products from SEED BABY website. By placing an order with us, you declare and affirm that you meet the minimum age requirements and are legally allowed to buy online marijuana cannabis seeds in your state or jurisdiction.
3. Shipping Methods:
We use discreet and reliable shipping methods with tracking numbers to ensure that your order arrives safely and securely to the address you provide. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email when the package has shipped. In that email will be tracking information.
4. Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, but during peak periods and holidays, processing times may vary slightly.
5. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your shipping destination. You will be presented with the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.
6. Packaging:
We take utmost care in discreet packaging to protect your privacy and ensure the safety of your seeds during transit. Your order will be packaged in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to cannabis seeds or our company name.
7. Delivery Time:
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Typically, orders are delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or postal/carrier delays may affect delivery times.
8. Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your package and estimate its delivery date.
9. Undelivered Packages:
If a package is RETURN TO SENDER due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a refusal of the package, or due to failure to collect the package from the designated mail carrier, Seed Baby support personnel will contact you in an attempt to verify the shipping details. Any additional shipping fees incurred may be applied to order to re-ship the same package to you again.
10. Order Discrepancies and Damages:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If there are any discrepancies or damages, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographic evidence to accurately assess the situation.
11. Returns and Refunds:
Due to the nature of product we sell, we do not accept returns on marijuana seeds unless they are cracked, crushed or damaged upon receipt. If you believe you received damaged seeds, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process. Approved returns are eligible for replacement seeds or a full refund.
12. Lost Packages:
In the unlikely event that your package is lost during transit and the tracking information indicates non-delivery, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, including re-dispatching your original order.
